• Exploitation of Minors: Engaging in any activity that involves the exploitation of minors, including the creation or distribution of child pornography or AI-generated child pornography, is strictly prohibited. Your account will be terminated if you’re found to be breaking this rule.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of any party is prohibited.
• Unauthorised Advertising or Solicitation: Posting unauthorised or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation is prohibited.
• Malicious Software: Uploading content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment is prohibited.
• Violation of Laws and Regulations: Engaging in activities that violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation is prohibited.
• Dissemination of False Information: Generating or disseminating false information or content intended to harm others is prohibited.
• Disclosure of Personal Identifiable Information: Generating or disseminating personal identifiable information that could harm an individual is prohibited.
• Defamation, Disparagement, or Harassment: Defaming, disparaging, or harassing others is prohibited.
• Discrimination: Discriminating against individuals or groups based on their social behavior or personal characteristics is prohibited.
• Exploitation of Vulnerabilities: Exploiting vulnerabilities of specific groups to distort a person's behavior, causing potential physical or psychological harm, is prohibited.
• Discrimination Based on Protected Characteristics: Discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics is prohibited.

1.1 Some services on unrobe require a user account. When accessing protected areas, use your registered user account, ID, and password. You can sign in with an email and password. Ensure submitted account information is accurate, and you have the right to provide it.

1.2 Subscription
Subscription starts upon payment and follows the presented fee terms. Refunds are only available if no images are generated. A refund request must be submitted prior to any image being generated.

If you download or subscribe via an unrecognized platform, we aren't responsible for associated costs.

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old. By accessing and using the Service, you affirm and guarantee that you meet this age requirement.

Intellectual property in unrobe belongs to us. You may download unrobe for personal use only. This license terminates upon TOS violation.

You retain ownership of your content. We can use it for unrobe services. You permit us to use your username and associated information as per our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Adhere to rules:
a. Don't modify unrobe.
b. Don't reverse-engineer.
c. Don't interfere with security features.
d. Don't gain unauthorized access.
e. Don't damage unrobe or disrupt users.
f. Comply with laws.
g. Don't remove copyright notices.

5.2 Content Restrictions
Don't create content that's:
a. Unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
b. Encourages criminal activities.
c. Infringes intellectual property.
d. Contains unsolicited promotions.
e. Violates privacy or contains viruses.

6.1 Copyright
Notify us of copyright infringement. We'll take action and notify the alleged infringer.
6.2 Other Rights
Report other rights infringement with relevant information. We may suspend or terminate users involved in repeated infringement.

Unrobe is provided "as-is." We disclaim warranties and aren't liable for damages. We're not responsible for delays or failures beyond our control.

Unrobe may link to third-party websites. We don't endorse them and aren't responsible for any damage or loss resulting from their use.

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in the USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties irrevocably agree that any legal proceeding seeking the enforcement or interpretation of this Agreement shall be brought in the appropriate courts of the same jurisdiction.

We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of a significant revision, we will notify you prior to the new terms taking effect. What qualifies as a significant change will be determined solely by us. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions take effect, you agree to abide by the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you are no longer permitted to use the Service.

This TOS continues until termination. We may terminate or assign the TOS with notice.

Invalid provisions won't affect others. This TOS, with the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement. Amendments require written consent.

You consent to protect, indemnify, and absolve Unrobe, its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees), which may arise from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement upon any rights of a third party.

Under no circumstances shall Unrobe, its directors, employees, associates, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, resulting from access to, use of, misuse of, or inability to access the Service.
By agreeing to these terms, you waive any and all claims against Unrobe, its directors, employees, associates, agents, suppliers, or affiliates. This waiver encompasses claims related to the use, misuse, or inability to use the image generation services on our platform, as well as any claims concerning injury, personal, psychological, or emotional distress resulting from viewing images on our platform. You also expressly agree not to pursue any legal action against us regarding such claims.
